Ahmed Mohamed Omar is an International Relations, Governance, and Parliamentary Affairs specialist serving as Secretary General of the House of Representatives of South West State of Somalia. He leads the parliamentary Secretariat and coordinates legislative, administrative, and institutional affairs.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, Türkiye, with academic backgrounds in Law and Public Administration and professional experience in governance, institutional coordination, and international cooperation.
